I'm Joanne; sole owner and proud, hard worker of Daphne's Daisies Florist. You may be wondering why it's called this if Daphne is not my actual name! Daphne was my Cocker Spaniel. I'll tell you all about her and why the name holds such significance.

My Story
🪴With over 25 years of floristry experience, I’ve always been passionate about creativity, beauty, and bringing joy through flowers. Before following my flowery dream full-time, I spent 16 years as a primary school teacher and Assistant Principal, where I discovered just how much I love adding fun, imagination, and care into everything I do.
🌻Daphne’s Daisies is named after my beloved dog, Daphne, who spent nearly 16 wonderful years by my side—often 'helping' in the garden by plucking daisies! Her playful spirit and love for life continue to inspire the heart and energy I put into my work today.
🌷As a mother of two, I understand the balance and busyness of everyday life, which is why I’m committed to keeping my services affordable, enjoyable, and inclusive for everyone. Whether it’s a wedding, a funeral, a heartfelt gift, or one of my hands-on workshops, I pride myself on adding a personal touch to every creation—no request is ever too big or small.
